Yes! There is a 3 session minimum, but after that, you can purchase 1 hour of coaching at a time for as long as you need.

We can use your hourly coaching sessions to develop all of your job application materials, prepare for interviews, practice negotiating your salary, or work through anything else in your job search that you want support with.

That’s the very first thing we’ll discuss in your coaching sessions. We will go over how you can figure out what you're passionate about, what you enjoy doing, and what you value in your career so that you can find a career path that speaks to you and which companies share your values.

If you're feeling stuck or having trouble figuring out what career path you want to pursue, we can figure it out together, in real time.

Most of the time, you don't need an additional degree to transition into the career you want. Instead, you'll need to make sure you clearly convey the experience you have and how it applies to this position you're applying for.

However, there are other career paths that will require you to get additional education or possibly a degree, such as your Master's or PhD. But the good news is that you can usually land a position in that field so that you can get some experience while you work towards that degree. Most companies also offer ways to help you pay for that degree, while you're working for them.
